Less than pleasant
A less than pleasant experience. I originally contacted Mr. Kouliev for a tenant/ landlord dispute I was having. If you want someone that is personable and will communicate with you through calls, look elsewhere. I payed up to $500 in this case to have no real results from the attorney or the person ...
