I got an excessive speeding ticket (a misdemeanor) during my vacation in Big Island. I made a mistake in my hurry to get to the tourist site. The ticket had potential implications for immigration status. I decided to contact an attorney and not take any chances - I am extremely glad that I worked wit...h Damir. He even recommended that I do a defensive driving class online to show good intent to judge - I followed his advice and provided all the documentation and did an online defensive driving class as well. I had a court appearance scheduled - however Damir was able to argue on my behalf with the judge and get the case dismissed considering my specific circumstances!!
