All I can say is Wow!! Mr. Damir Kouliev and his team are extraordinary! For years I'd see many ads about "ticket attorneys" and I was never quite convinced. Then, I got a speeding ticket in Hawaii and I decided to look into attorneys. In my search, I found Mr. Damir Kouliev's information and I saw... that he had many great reviews. I decided to give it a try and all I can say is Wow! I am not easily impressed as I am an engineer and have been for over 30+ years where I have worked on the development, design and construction of very complex projects and yet, I could not really comprehend how anybody could get my ticket dismissed. Well, after seeing how Mr. Kouliev carefully, thoughtfully and strategically developed my case, I was and am still amazed at his super talent. My ticket was dismissed without a hitch!
