A less than pleasant experience. I originally contacted Mr. Kouliev for a tenant/ landlord dispute I was having. If you want someone that is personable and will communicate with you through calls, look elsewhere. I payed up to $500 in this case to have no real results from the attorney or the person ...that was being addressed. In order to get a call, you have to pay a $250 consultation fee. This confuses me if I’m paying you to draft a document, isn’t it reasonable to have a conversation? The person I was attempting to contact was extremely unprofessional and uncooperative to which I sought out guidance from the individual I was paying to help (Mr. Kouliev) and never received a response and it’s been almost a month. I would not recommend

I want to say thank you to attorney Damir. Last year, my wife and I visited Big Island with my parents in law for the first time. I admit that I made a mistake while I was driving from Kona to Hilo through Route 200. We were all amazed that the scenery changed as the altitude got lower as we approach...ed Hilo. Our SUV was the slowest car on the highway and every car passed us until we drove by the speed trap. None of us noticed the speed limit changed. The police issued me a ticket. A big one. I was in the process of getting US Citizenship and this ticket could damage the process. So, I searched for an attorney and found Damir. I could notice that he understood what happened to me and knew what to do to get the best result. He communicated with me via phone text which was prompt and quickly responded. He prepared everything for the court meeting. During the zoom meeting with the court and the judge, he handled all the questions and negotiated with the court to reduce the fine to the minimum amount which was $145 for my category. This year, I submitted the record of the ticket to USCIS and it didn’t cause any problems. I received my US Citizenship as scheduled. I really appreciate his help and service.

After calling several attorneys that have not returned calls still over a week, I found Damir who responded that night after office hours. He listened and gave sound advice that was best for my situation. He started investigating immediately and included me. There were so many fear factors and he rel...ieved them one by one including the cost of his services. I will highly recommend him to others. Listening and then advocating for the client are what we should expect but not always the case. You’ll be in good hands with Damir.
