I am a Workers‘ Compensation Arbitrator and a retired Defense Attorney now providing arbitrator services in Labor Code §5275 disputes and matters, and consultant services to self-insured employers, insurance companies and TPA‘s regarding workers‘ compensation claim strategies and best practices.
Interests include: fly fishing and tying, bass fishing with bait casters - any fishing really; blessed with a great wife, 4 daughters, 7 grandkids, 1 great grandkid, 2 golden retrievers, 15 siblings and huge, wonderful extended family; Civil War and WW II history; flying stunt kites at the beach; Raiders, Dodgers and especially Manchester United. I strived while I was an active litigator to have provided personable representation and clear claim strategies with positive early outcomes.
