Biography
I only represent defense work.
I am a co-founder of Cuneo, Black, Ward and Missler and has served as the managing shareholder of the firm for several years. I am certified by the State Bar of California as a specialist in Workers’ Compensation. I was admitted to the California State Bar in 1975, and I have been a practitioner of workers’ compensation defense since 1976. I enjoy volunteering my time to my community. I have served as a member of the Board of Directors of the El Dorado Community foundation, and was the President of the Board from January 2012 until January 2014. I have served as an arbitrator and mediator for Workers’ Compensation cases both before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and for the Carveout ADR program.
