I am a shareholder of the Cuneo, Black, Ward and Missler. I graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1984 (B.A.), and from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1992 (J.D., With Distinction). Iwas admitted to the California State Bar in 1993 and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California in 1997. I have been a practitioner of Workers' Compensation Defense since 2000. Previously, I practiced as an applicant attorney in Workers' Compensation from 1998-2000.
