I only do defense work.
I am the managing partner and President of Cuneo, Black, Ward, and Missler. I have been with CBWM since 1986 and a shareholder since 1991. I am a frequent lecturer of IEA, AWCP, PARMA VICA, and other organizations. I am a DWC-approved arbitrator. My practice includes case management, discovery implementation, negotiation & settlement, trial and post-trial appellate work. Experience includes peace office claims, toxic exposure, Almarez Guzman and AMA Guides Ratings, AOE/COE defense and General Workers’ Compensation Defense. I have been a certified Workers' Compensation specialist for 20 years.
