If you are looking for a no BS, straight to the point lawyer, Mr. John casey is the man you are looking for. Since my initial phone call with him, I knew John was not a man that messed around when it came to his clients. John kept things straight and never tried to sell me a false narrative. Things w...orked in my favor when I went to my first court date and the DA declined to prosecute me so John called me, we spoke and he immediately told me he would not be taking the full retainer amount because he did not have to represent the whole case. He told me he would only be charging me for an hour of his time, I thought that was more then fair for how things played out for me. John sent the payment back minus his fee that same day , John was neither greedy nor did he ever try to just play me out of money. I HIGHLY recommend you consult with john casey if you ever need legal help

I agree with everything the other negative reviewer said. He was incredibly rude, dismissive and didn't listen to a thing we said. On top of that he didn't even bother to look at the evidence. He assumed guilt right out of the gate and forced the person I hired him for to plead guilty to something he... didn't even do. He had no choice and Casey did nothing to help him. He would threaten me if I called him about the case and was incredibly mean and judgmental. I think he's past his prime. He's been doing this job for too long because he lost all empathy years ago probably. I'm pissed at the other lawyer that referred me to him and told me how good he was. Apparently he's a great trial lawyer but god forbid you don't go to trial! then you're SOL. After banning me from talking to him about the case he actually called me and (with my attorney present) tried to convince me to convince his client to be cooperative. Even my attorney thought he was a jerk. I paid him 7k for NOTHING. I feel like he owes me a lot of my money back and he basically stole my money from me for what he did. I should report him to the state bar on top of this review.

I contacted John Casey III on a weekend, and he responded within a couple of hours. He is accessible electronically, so you can text him, just like a normal person. He has spaces in several offices around the town, so I didn't have to drive downtown. The consultation that I got was very comprehensi...ve. This attorney is reasonably expensive but he explains of the charges upfront. I got Mr. Casey's phone number from a friend who highly recommended him as a very honest and aggressive attorney, and, in my turn, I can say that it's true. If I ever had to hire an attorney for myself, Mr. Casey would be my first choice.

We were referred to Mr. Casey in a dire legal matter with our son. Regrettably our son that's never been in trouble before and was never in need of legal representation before and he had paid a great deal of money to one of those "JAIL MAIL SLEAZE BAG ATTORNEYS RIP OFF ARTIST'S " that has done nothi...ng on behalf of my son except take his money.... Meeting with Mr. Casey, we immediately knew he was a straight shooter, was very upfront that my sons case will be challenging but he'd do all that he could...Mr. Casey was clearly the highly competent and ethical attorney that would do all that he could for our son... he was truly sympathetic to my sons plight in getting ripped off by the sleaze bag lawyer and was very generous in willing to work with us in trying to raise the funds required for him to represent our son. .but unfortunately this late in the game we are unable to raise new funds for his defense and of course the sleaze bag attorney won't refund our son without a fight and now sadly our son's future is in the hands of the public defender he is assigned to and we can only hope for the best... even in telling Mr. Casey we couldn't raise the money we need, he has been more than gracious in educating us of the criminal law process that we will be going through. ... I believe that many attorneys wouldn't be that gracious and kind once they knew we couldn't pay them and I'm sure they would of most certainly have ignored my calls or texts.. I'm truly thankful for that you could do for us.
