John Joseph Casey III

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Casey early in his career and saw first-hand the expertise and tenacity with which he handled his cases. It is great to know that his passion for the law has not diminished with his years of experience. He genuinely cares about his clients and is smart, respon...sive, confident and effective. We unfortunately needed legal representation for our son, it was an overwhelming situation to be in. Looking back on the lengthy process, we absolutely have no regrets hiring John. He was a great listener, patient with all our questions and kept us informed at every step. I was fortunate enough to be able to consult with John on a recent DUI issue. He took the time to patiently hear my sad tale and he treated me with respect, not like the failure I certainly felt that I was. He researched all of my questions, which was wonderful, but he also did it in a very timely ...manner, which was huge! Getting timely advance that I had confidence in was huge for me at a time when my mind was racing and I felt as though I was sinking... I was not smart enough, however, to have contacted John when I first got my DUI. I made several phone calls after it first happened and I contracted with the first attorney that called me back right away. Big mistake! The actual attorney who represented me did not explain what would happen and caused my case to be finalized latter than I wanted. When this new question came up that John helped me with I did not want to ask my actual attorney because I did not trust him. I had learned of John from a friend before this all happened but I did not remember to call him right way! Well, don't make that mistake that I made, call John first with any criminal action. I am so very thankful for him and we have a "date" three years in the future for me to hire him to assist me with having this conviction expunged. We were referred to Mr. Casey in a dire legal matter with our son. Regrettably our son that's never been in trouble before and was never in need of legal representation before and he had paid a great deal of money to one of those "JAIL MAIL SLEAZE BAG ATTORNEYS RIP OFF ARTIST'S " that has done nothi...ng on behalf of my son except take his money.... Meeting with Mr. Casey, we immediately knew he was a straight shooter, was very upfront that my sons case will be challenging but he'd do all that he could...Mr. Casey was clearly the highly competent and ethical attorney that would do all that he could for our son... he was truly sympathetic to my sons plight in getting ripped off by the sleaze bag lawyer and was very generous in willing to work with us in trying to raise the funds required for him to represent our son. .but unfortunately this late in the game we are unable to raise new funds for his defense and of course the sleaze bag attorney won't refund our son without a fight and now sadly our son's future is in the hands of the public defender he is assigned to and we can only hope for the best... even in telling Mr. Casey we couldn't raise the money we need, he has been more than gracious in educating us of the criminal law process that we will be going through. ... I believe that many attorneys wouldn't be that gracious and kind once they knew we couldn't pay them and I'm sure they would of most certainly have ignored my calls or texts.. I'm truly thankful for that you could do for us.
