Poor service. Horrible follow up.

In my initial consultation Michele was very impressionable. But... I quickly found out that when came down to booking an appointment, it was next to impossible. We played phone tag for two months. I wasn't given any information on what to do and her call back time was normally about a week. Very unpr...ofessional. I would understand if she is overloaded, but I here new advertisement on the radio daily. Not Good business at all. Thankfully I retained someone else.

Yes, I'd recommend ...

I'd ABSOLUTELY refer individuals to Michele's Office without hesitation!! As of this writing, I have given three referrals to her office. Initially I was totally embarassed at having to file bankruptcy, but Michele was very thorough in explaining the process to me. She and Dez always made themselve...s available when questions arised. During our process, Michele successfully handled a very delicate and sensitive issue in our case, which impressed me so much by her professionalism and her efficiency. She and Dez are a great team, which is evident by their committment in serving their clients. God's richest blessings to the both of them!!

Awesome Lady and Lawyer

Michele & Dez were very easy to work with. Everything was explained clearly and the step by step instructions were very helpful as well. I had no doubts we were in good hands and that we would have a second chance. Michele made you feel comfortable and at ease and did not make you feel like a less...er person for your mistakes. This was my first time and last time filling bankruptcy and with Michele's help it was very easy to do. Thank you for everything!
