Justin Lowenthal is a real estate problem-solver with a creative approach to complex deal-making and high-pressure dispute resolution. That said, client service is the true cornerstone of our practice. As a client, Justin makes you feel like the only person in the room, even if you’re in a crowd of many. Justin has been a Yolo County real estate attorney and broker since 2010. He is the sole shareholder and principal attorney with Lowenthal APC and the sole shareholder and Managing Broker with Lowenthal Realty Co. Justin’s practice serves clients in a variety of real estate matters in Davis, Woodland, Winters, around Yolo County, and throughout Northern California. His work often involves nuanced contracts and agreements, residential real estate options and sales, commercial leases, rural properties, farmland, real estate fraud, such as seller non-disclosure and concealment, title defects, construction contracts and disputes, real estate broker (fiduciary duty) disputes, neighbor disputes (e.g., easements, boundary lines and encroachments, etc.), partnerships and LLC’s, group investments and joint venture developments. Outside of his personal practice, Justin served as General Counsel for the Davis Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the Yolo County Assessment Appeals Board.

From 2019-2023, Justin received and maintained an AV Preeminent® rating by Martindale-Hubbell®, an award, according to Martindale-Hubbell, that is shared by an elite group of just 10% of all attorneys, including only those who have achieved the highest level of professional excellence for legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards. A native “Davisite,” Justin resides in Davis with his wife and three children, and has spent his career advising and representing clients in the Davis area and throughout Yolo County. In his free time, Justin enjoys music, swimming with the kids, “training” (read: spoiling) the family Frenchie, and training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
