I subscribed to the Hyatt legal plan, a legal support service offered via my employer for a subscription fee.
My husband had a traffic incident and we were looking for a legal help to resolve it. I contacted 6 lawyer's groups in the San Francisco Bay Area and nobody wanted to deal with traffic issues.
The entire process was very frustrating until I called Peter Robert Stone - Attorney and Counselor at Law. Mary promptly replied to my voice message asking for help, and Peter and his staff have been understanding and responsive ever since.
Not only have Peter and his staff helped us to navigate through the paperwork, they have also given us excellent legal advice, and actively participated in the appeal on our behalf.
Peter Stone resolved the legal dispute very quickly and with the best possible outcome.
I highly recommend Peter R. Stone to everyone who seeks legal support.

In 2012, my house was vandalized. I reported the incident to CSAA and was reimbursed for the damage. A couple of years later, the civil court case was settled and I got restitution from the person who caused the damage to my house by court order. A few years passed, after moving to a new place, I received a court paper from CSAA asking for their reimbursement back plus interest with the reason that I had been paid the restitution by the court and I should have only received reimbursement from one source. Literally, CSAA sued me for the reimbursement plus interest for over 4 years.
I contacted Peter for help. He was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Within 3 weeks after our conversation, he was able to help me settle the case with CSAA while cutting the original reimbursement in half (according to the law, I should only allow to collect restitution once). So, I ended up paid CSAA half the mount of money they paid me originally.
Thank you, Peter for your fantastic service! You are truly a great attorney.

Peter and his team helped me fight a traffic ticket. They were quick in responding and accurate in providing guidance. I am thankful for the help they provided and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for help in the traffic help.

Peter was recommend through my company's plan as a great lawyer (I have had some bad experiences in the past so I requested them to connect me with someone who has good reviews). I have needed his help on two separate occasions (both regarding real estate) and he has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The best part about him is that he responds VERY VERY quickly (both early in the morning and late at night). He always calls me back within a couple hours. The quick response time was key especially when I had live deals where I had to make decisions very quickly and under strict time constraint.
He is very friendly and I never felt like he was impatient or got annoyed at my many many questions (when some lawyers have in the past). Very highly recommended!

I found Peter through my employer's hyatt legal plan. Peter is professional and easy to work with. He always provides pros and cons with all things considered, followed by a suggestion. He is good at what he does. Very importantly, he responses quickly. We consult him with all kinds of legal matters and we are pleased with his excellent advice and services. We are currently following his strategy on a traffic matter, and it is working well.

I met Peter Stone nearly 20 years ago at a business networking group. I had many law firms and individual attorneys as clients. I found Peter Stone to be well organized and knowledgeable about documents that were being filed or researched. Filing fees were correct, and proof of service were properly submitted. The correct number and color of copies were spot on. .... Needless to say when I needed an attorney, l hired Peter Stone. In all these years Peter has not disappointed me or dropped the ball. He has on more than one occasion saved me lots of money by negotiating a win win situation. So for that I say, "Thanks Pete".
I know many attorneys from large firms and little one-man shows. I'm friends with a couple of judges on a first name basis. I may throw a hypothetical question to an attorney or friend. But when it's real and my wife's life or mine is on the line.... And I'm paying $$$..... Peter Stone is who I count on, and you should too. Again, thanks Pete and we'll talk soon I'm sure.

Peter is an amazing attorney! I got ticketed (wrongfully, because my car has a horrible engine and can't even reach the speed the helicopter cop claimed to have me at) and he got the case dismissed! I thought my life was going to be over, but he saved it! Peter moves swiftly with the case, keeps you engaged the whole time, and made sure I was calm and reassured me the entire time that everything was going to be okay.
I highly, and heartily recommend Peter as your attorney. He is by far the best in the business. He is skilled, and knowledgeable. Yes, like all attorney's he's busy, so don't expect hours of conversation and that's my favorite quality of his. He's all business and that's exactly what I needed. Hopefully nothing like this ever happens to me again, but I guarantee if I ever need an attorney, Peter is my go to guy!
Thanks for everything!!!

Peter Stone is an excellent skilled attorney in the personal injury field. Our group, Appletree Funding has worked with Mr. Stone over the past couple of years and found his responsiveness and expertise very impressive.

Though situation was more "basic" in terms of legal counsel, Peter was professional, proactive, responsive and accessible. Provided information on process, guidance on actions to take, provided insight and legal and well as common sense information. Leveraged his experience and network in suggestion course of action.

After learning that my insurance company had dropped the ball and failed to inform me regarding an accident I'd had, I was shocked to learn that Mr. Stone was pursuing litigation AGAINST me on behalf of his client. I was shocked to learn that not only had my (now former) insurance company failed all of us so thoroughly, but that matters had gotten this far without coming to my attention. I must state that my job keeps me constantly on the road and so letters and the like do trickle in and I'm sure his office had attempted to contact me in that manner before I was served with papers (I was lucky enough to be in town on the day he sent someone with papers in hand). All that said, I am not one to flee responsibility and certainly was troubled to learn of all the hassle it'd caused everyone, so I steadfastly contacted Mr. Stone's office and he couldn't have been more prompt in responding to my questions, kind in his dealings, while looking out for his client, again, who I was/am not, while doing so in such a way as to be respectful of everyone involved.
As someone who has a respect for not only the power of the law, but the principles and morality that are harbored therein, I can say that I would recommend him to any individual or business in need of someone who will find the best way to pursue their interests. Not every person against whom litigation might be sought is a bad guy, some might just be unaware and might truly appreciate having matters brought to the light so that amends might be made and forward progress might commence. I thank him for the latter.
