I have been practicing family law for 20 years; first in Missouri and now here. I offer a free consultation and I usually can determine what needs to be done from that consultation. While I have had clients who managed to file actions on their own, I strongly recommend that you find an attorney to go to court with you.
I try to tell my clients the truth about what they can expect to achieve in court. I also strongly believe that this relationship is a partnership and I try to make it clear what my clients need to do to ensure a good result.
