I am an international swimmer, and was looking to apply for EB-1 (Extraordinary Ability) green card. I filed I-140 through an attorney who received a reques...t for evidence on my case. After filing the initial petition, we waited for the decision. USCIS issued an RFE, raising issues we discussed before hand - "Employer-Employee Relationship", "Ability to Pay", "Bachelor Degree Level Job", "Right to Control", "Availability of sufficient work", "nature of business / office size / future plans, etc.". Thanks to Jay we were ready, and had all the documentation available to assert our position. Those things, that were not available, we provided arguments why it was not available, and established that it is very certain that our startup will be a success and will generate good revenue. The case was approved very quickly under premium processing. He was available over his cell phone throughout the process and spent tremendous amount of time on the strategy, documentations, compliance requirements, etc. We never had to go through any paralegals or clerks or receptionists. He was directly involved with the case.

I am an international student from Nigeria and studied in Minnesota. I had initially filed an OPT STEM application with a wrongly dated check. USCIS rejected it because of my error and requested a date-corrected check to be sent along with my application. The problem was, at this time, my OPT card ha...s expired by 2 weeks! My resubmitted application was eventually denied because it was submitted late.
