Let me start by saying that I’ll be as detailed as possible. I had one of the most complicated green card case given my history. I reached out to Jay in the middle of my case. At this point when I approached him, my green card interview was already done and I had received a RFE just the week after my... interview. I was nervous, shattered, and very disappointed with my situation. I already had a lawyer at this point who suggested me to send the RFE response with whatever documents I have and USCIS might or might not approve my case based off the evidence I submit. I couldn’t accept that as an answer as it was my entire life on stake. Therefore, I wanted a lawyer with some firm and positive answers to my situation.
