I am an international student from Nigeria and studied in Minnesota. I had initially filed an OPT STEM application with a wrongly dated check. USCIS rejected it because of my error and requested a date-corrected check to be sent along with my application. The problem was, at this time, my OPT card ha...s expired by 2 weeks! My resubmitted application was eventually denied because it was submitted late. I am from Italy and have a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Business Management from Milan.
