I have known Mark for more than 15 years. During that time, I have had the pleasure of working alongside him and referred numerous clients, including close relatives, to him. His knowledge of the law and attention to detail is impressive. His timely responsiveness to client inquiries is very much appreciated by many of the people I have referred to him.
However, in my opinion what sets Mark aside from so many other attorneys is his common sense understanding of the practicalities of business. Many lawyers emphasize risk adversity at all costs. The result is that deals take longer to close, more money goes into the attorneys’ pockets, and the parties end up anxiously waiting for the deal to sign while having to discuss in detail risks, that while real, are extremely unlikely to occur.
Mark understands the realities of running a business and the negative impact significant transactions have on management’s time. He quickly and efficiently addresses risks and does not take unreasonable positions that merely prolong the process.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
As a former colleague of mine, I had numerous occasions to work with Mark on a variety of matters. He is an extremely talented, creative corporate lawyer with broad experience in mergers, acquisitions and business planning, with expertise in bankruptcy and tax as well. His personable demeanor compliments his corporate law experience, making him a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Mark.
