Great attorney

I have known Mark for more than 15 years. During that time, I have had the pleasure of working alongside him and referred numerous clients, including close relatives, to him. His knowledge of the law and attention to detail is impressive. His timely responsiveness to client inquiries is very much ...appreciated by many of the people I have referred to him. However, in my opinion what sets Mark aside from so many other attorneys is his common sense understanding of the practicalities of business. Many lawyers emphasize risk adversity at all costs. The result is that deals take longer to close, more money goes into the attorneys’ pockets, and the parties end up anxiously waiting for the deal to sign while having to discuss in detail risks, that while real, are extremely unlikely to occur. Mark understands the realities of running a business and the negative impact significant transactions have on management’s time. He quickly and efficiently addresses risks and does not take unreasonable positions that merely prolong the process.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
