You should expect to waste time and money if you hire her. She was so busy and kept postponed my case even just some simple paper works. She even used an amateur paralegal to take care of my case and charged me two dollars per hour. My case ended up with mess. and returned by court. After all these,... she blamed everything on me.

I chose her because I speak Mandarin and I thought it will help case communication but it ends as a nightmare. She was very mean to me and said it's court training for you but she was very nice to opposite side. No matter what I requested her to say or to do in the court, she rarely did it but no mat...ter what other party asked, she mostly said Yes. She has no idea about tech company profit sharing and you need to spend your time and money teaching her. She called me to discuss the case in the night, even 10pm. She is terribly incompetent in the court and made my first hearing totally a mess. I'm not even sure if she knows family law. I changed her immediately after that and my case suddenly is totally different. If you don't make your case worst, find another one.

Attorneys are human beings and they can be warm hearted and passion for the righteousness!!! I strongly admire Melinda as a lawyer and also her noble decency as a human being! Thank you Melinda!
