William Lynn is a litigation attorney at Royse Law Firm, PC, who concentrates his practice in the area of general commercial and business litigation and has significant experience with discovery, law & motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, administrative hearings, and trials (court and jury).
Prior to joining Royse Law, William was an associate at a preeminent real estate litigation boutique firm. William also has significant experience in the areas of family law and trusts & estates. William has civil enforcement experience with the Investor Protection Bureau of New York State Office of the Attorney General (under Eliot Spitzer) and criminal enforcement experience with the Frauds Bureau of the New York County (Manhattan) District Attorney’s Office and with the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, in addition to an externship with Hon. Kevin M. McCarthy (Ret.) of the San Francisco Superior Court. William began his career in the banking industry and securities industries and obtained NASD (now FINRA) Series 24, 7, and 63 licenses as well as a California Life & Health agent insurance license.
William is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley and received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2007. In his spare time, William is an active member of the Edward J. McFetridge American Inn of Court and Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom. William is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and is fully literate in Traditional Chinese.
