Words can not describe how fortunate I am to have found Vijay Dinakar to take up my case. Vijay literally saved my life and my future. I came to the US from India several years back on H1B visa after graduating with masters degree from high ranking university. A couple years back I got married... in India. He had investigator take statement from my wife which was contradictory. Finally we went to trial. On day of trial, the prosecutor decided to dismiss for insufficient evidence! I got 2 DUI and hit n run within one month. Extremely concerning situation for me as I am on work visa here and still in queue to get GC. After researching a lot and talking to many lawyers i found Vijay on avvo. Our first meeting itself went way over 2 hour. He provided detailed and thorough answers... to a number of questions both legal and practical.
