Best Employment and Labor Law Attorney when I Needed One

Professional, knowledgeable, results

I hired Xinying Valerian outside of Avvo to handle my personal injury case. Xinying is hands down the best choice to win your case. Knowledgable, Responsive, and Reliable

Unfortunately I found myself in two separate situations where I needed legal employment advice and fortunately I found Xinying in the first case, then returned to seek her advice again the second time too. In both cases, she was immediately responsive and available to answer all my questions in a time-sensitive manner. She was upfront about what she could offer and what I could expect to pay and receive. She and her team made me feel informed about my options and confident about my decisions. Excellent attorney!

Xinying represented me in a very complex litigation process in a case against a former employer for unpaid wages. She was professional, communicative and unwavering in her resolve. Extremely Knowledgeable, Professional, Helpful, and Honest

Smart, Talented & Experienced Lawyer

I hired Xinying to represent me in a claim against a former employer. My experience with Xinying Valerian

Xinying and her team were on the ball from day one. Not once did I feel lost or in doubt. I received updates on a weekly and sometimes daily schedule. I felt confident through the entire process that I had a winning combo on my side. Xinying is genuine and efficient. Just as I was mentally preparing myself for a tedious chore, it was over.
