I had a situation in Cotati, CA where I felt I was targeted by the police. I felt like they violated my rights so I gave the cops nothing and in return they gave me a bogus charge. This case took nearly a year to resolve but in the end I came out the victor with the help of Bonnie Chan. The whole way... through the process Ms. Chan did agree with me on the complete lack of evidence to even bring the charge on me. Each time the DA gave me a bad offer she was right there to let me know and was the one to really push me to take it to trial. It was after the first day of the picking of the jury for my trial that the DA backed out and dismiss the case on lack of evidence. I highly recommend and could not be happier with the outcome.
