A real Lawyer

He is my country man, excellent Lawyer except I wasted my money on him. Instead, I hired a Public Defender, She beat everyone in the court for me and I came out clean.

Good traffic ticket representation

Did as well as expected, communicated well throughout. Even though the positive outcome I got was in great part definitely up to random chance, I credit him for it nonetheless due to an excellent strategy that he employed in my defense.

Best criminal defense attorney in the Bay area

Mr.Ashtiani represented my aunt in a complex case and was able to get the verdict that we all think she deserved. He was able to bring out the truth in the case and show my aunt's character to get the best verdict! On behalf of my family, I would like to thank Mr.Ashtiani!!

Money well spent

Great Attoney..I would highly recommend Rastin to anyone facing a criminal charge. In fact if I could go back I would have used him in my child custody case as well. He was extremely professional, honest, and thorough .. Attoney fees and rates are ridiculously high.. Fortunately , I only had to pay ...a flat rate-I def got more than my money's worth;)
