Kept me out of jail

I was facing 16 months in prison for a SERIOUS drug charge, DUI, and child endangerment. Sean was able to get me a 120 day jail sentence which I was able to serve on home detention. Four years probation, 16 weeks of DUI classes, 52 weeks of child endangerment classes. After completing all my classes,... paying all fines and completing my house arrest we went back to court and Sean was able to have my probation terminated early and completly expunge my record of all charges. If you have a case in Riverside county Sean is the man!

Defense attorney

I hire Sean in 2009 for an attempted murder case, of course it take some time, but man o man I WON MY CASE. This man knows his law, thank GOD for him.

Great Lawyer/handled what eveyone said was impossible!!!

I hired Sean to represent me on a warrant from 25 years ago. I live in Minnesota and have a full life with Kids, Wife, business and just an all around busy life. I found out I had a warrant from when I was in California in 1992. Being a Christian man who lives by truth I wanted to stand up for this w...arrant even though it was a non extradite warrant and there were no consequences to me except for in California. I wanted to do the next right thingbut did not want to have to come to Cali if we could just resolve it. The public defender in Riverside was worthless.. didn't want to waste the courts time is what they told me. Other attorneys wanted much more money without even saying how they would work for me. Sean and his staff were awesome and resolved the impossible without me coming to Riverside and all in less than 2 weeks. Thank you Sean for your help and for standing with me through this scary event. Sean is a gentleman, honest, and trustworthy...obviously, I hired from half way across the United States! God Bless my friend and I look forward to meeting you face to face one day!

Great attorney to have your back

Sean Davitt is by far one of the best attorneys around. When i was arrested I had 14 counts pending against me including 3 felonies, with sean he was unbelivable and got all 14 counts reduced down to just 1 misdameanor count if i had the extra money I would pay this man double.
