Experienced in State and Federal Criminal Law
Always professional, knowledgeable and personable. Randy walked me through every aspect of the process and explained my options. I appreciated her flexibility as some of our consultations were on weekends and late evenings. I believe that Randy provided excellent counsel and achieved the best outcome based on federal law.

Fantastic
Randy was highly recommended to me by an attorney friend of my wife’s. As someone who never needed legal advice previously, Randy was the ideal person to help guide me through a complicated federal investigation involving a previous employer. She was knowledgeable, responsive and reassuring.

Absolutely incredible SUPER lawyer
Most people know and see her as a super lawyer, but I see her as my SUPERHERO. Despite having a complicated and multi-layered case, no obstacle was too big for Randy Sue Pollock to tackle. She believed in me and then proved to have the utmost due diligence in representing me and fighting for my story against the US government. Randy Sue has a mind that thinks ten steps ahead of everyone else, with the ability to articulate her argument better than anyone else in the room. Her consistent work ethic, steadfast commitment, and total transparency are just some of the greatest qualities that encapsulate the type of lawyer Randy Sue is. From before, during, and after the trial, Randy Sue was not only there for me as my lawyer, but as a lifelong friend. Additionally, the support she offered my family throughout the case, and the relationship they still have was unexpected, yet shows how above and beyond Randy Sue will go to support her clients. Randy Sue does not fight to win a battle, she fights to win the war. I trust her with my whole life and can whole-heartedly say that anyone lucky enough to have her as a lawyer will feel the same way.

Make Randy The First Call
I am an attorney myself. I practice civil law (the kind that doesn't involve law enforcement). I had a family member get into some trouble a few years back. The job Randy Sue did was INCREDIBLE. I can't recommend her enough. I have referred others to her over the years, and I would not hesitate to send my best friend or family member to her in the future, should they find themselves in the unenviable situation where they needed advice from a criminal defense attorney. Your civil liberties and freedom from the government are not something to be taken lightly; should you get in a situation where you need help and advice I would highly recommend you at least consult with Randy Sue.

Superb Defense
My son was accused of a serious crime in a sensitive area of the law and I was in urgent need of a top notch criminal attorney to act as lead defense counsel. After describing our complicated situation to a highly regarded litigator, he immediately recommended and introduced me to Randy Sue Pollock. She changed her schedule to meet with my son, assessed the circumstances, calmly explained a legal path forward and gave him hope that, while the outcome was uncertain, there was a light at the end of the tunnel. More importantly, she expressed a genuine concern for his personal well-being and recommended immediate psychological counseling to treat his anxiety. Over the ensuing months and numerous court appearances, Randy exhibited an extraordinary degree of expertise as she conducted the investigative discovery and research needed to navigate areas of the law not clearly defined by legal statutes and precedents. While the judicial process moved along, Randy convinced the prosecution to allow my son to spend priceless time in productive rehabilitation. In the end, after Randy submitted two brilliant briefs, including arguments addressing and challenging some discrepancies in the law, my son avoided a prison sentence and is now on probation and well on his way to rebuilding his life. Randy’s intelligence and superior knowledge of the law combined with her warm and straight-forward manner of communicating are traits not often found in her profession. Her ability to connect with and gain the respect of prosecutors and judges are equally impressive. My son, my family and I are eternally grateful for her kindness and commitment to upholding the highest standards of the law. We found in this process that the playing field is not always even, nor the game always fairly played, but that having a great lawyer can make all the difference. It is for those reasons that we give Randy Sue Pollock our highest recommendation.

Best Lawyer I could have ever obtained- Case Dismissed
I met and hired Randy to defend me back in 2014, in a medical marijuana case involving two counties, multiple raids, gun's, and plenty of medicine. Randy was fantastic! She was not just concerned to give me the best representation possible (which she did), but she was their to help counsel me through this difficult time in my life. This was my first issue with the legal system so I was definitely someone that didn't know anything about the processes. I would also consider myself a bit of a needy client. Randy walked me through the process and kept me focused on what's next all the way to the end. Randy was able to stop one of the DA's involved from filling charges against me by communicating how the information from that case was already being used against me. In the end Randy was able to help me restore my life after she got the case dismissed through a wonderful argument in a motion to suppress. She did a fantastic job with the witness during her examination. I could not have asked for a better attorney and now feel like I have the chance to do whatever I want "another chance at this game of life". I feel like I should be referring to you as my "Gladiator" since your work granted me Freedom! ....No Probation...No Jail.....Just Case Dismissed

Randy Sue Pollock - Outstanding Lawyer; Professional, Realistic, and Caring...
When Randy Sue Pollock represented me in 2014-2015, I was in a "bad place." Her expertise and experience were of tremendous value to me; but as importantly, her intelligent, direct approach kept me centered and focused when so much of my life at the time was scary and out of my control. She gave me the personal relationship with an attorney that I needed, and she listened to me and supported me when I quite literally felt too terrified by the process to go on......I highly recommend Randy; she stood by me and navigated me through, what felt like, the worst experience of my life. I am very grateful to her.

Amazing Attorney - Highly Recommended
I hired Randy a few years back when I was arrested with very serious marijuana based conspiracy charges. At this time my life was falling apart and I needed someone with a clear head to sort through the mess I was in and help me make some rather important decisions. Randy came through for me in so many ways. She acted as my attorney, psychologist and friend all at the same times. From the get go, she laid out for me how she thought the case was going to play out. She had been through similar cases before and was very familiar with the laws surrounding my case as well as the prosecutors I was going up against. As my case continued to play out, I realized that Randy was correct in the beginning about how this was going to unfold. It was hard for me to believe that there was any way for me to not go to prison, but that was what she was telling me. Over the duration of my case I learned a lot about how the legal system works and it's nothing like what you typically read online. I learned that many cases come down to the working relationship between your attorney and the prosecutor. Judges typically go along with the recommendation from the DA or AUSA but getting to that point relies on how well the prosecuting team gets along with your attorney. This is where Randy came in huge for me. Choosing an attorney when you get arrested is one of the largest decisions you will make in your life. I interviewed a few and some were far more expensive, but I did think that more money was going to solve my problem. I found Randy to be extremely compassionate and her sincerity in wanting to help me along with her amazing track record is why I chose her and you should too!

Prompt service
My Ex wife pre-divorce put up false case of sexual assualt and cops took my statement and gave me case number. I contacted Randy and she was too good. She took case number called police and explained to me that it was just a citation and I can proceed with divroce. I should not worry about this case as DA itself will dismiss. She even advice to stay away from her. In just 1-2 days she closed this case and I was so relieved. I am quite impressed with Randy as I mostly dealt with her remotely and she will always notify how soon she can contact.

Very Knowledgeable Lawyer
Randy Sue Pollock represented my husband in a Federal Indictment that he was involved in. My husband was facing a pretty lengthy sentence within the guidelines of 188-235 months in federal prison. Unfortunately he is considered a career offender. He was actually sentenced to 60 months thanks to Mrs. Pollock. The fact the Mrs. Pollock did not rush things and took the time to really get to know my husband made me feel as if she had his best interest. One thing I can say is that she will not give you any misinformation. If there is something she can’t do she will let you know. She is straight to the point and is very knowledgeable about how things work with the Federal court system. I am certain we will never need a criminal Lawyer again but I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a Great Defense Attorney.
