Traci did an amazing job! The case was an uphill custody battle from start to finish for me as an unwed father of a 2-year old girl. My ex was trying to take everything, including my daughter, and making wild accusations, false statements and evidence. Traci came in, after my prior attorney (differen...t firm) had to step down due to a family emergency. From there, Traci managed to get me from near 0 time with my daughter to 50/50. As things proceeded, and the opposing counsel pressured, she remained firm and utilized my evidence, counter-evidence and facts to attain a resolution where I kept the 50% structure! So, now my daughter and I get to spend a lot of quality time together not limited by my controlling ex. While I know I have to deal with my ex longer term, and that will be a challenge, the Fenchel firm set a strong foundation for me and were extremely helpful and empathetic through the entire process and got results!
