Wrongful termination consultation
Mr. Sider provided a fantastic consultation! Within the first few minutes, we determined that he would not be able to help me with my case (due to it being in a state where he does not practice)...yet he still took the time the time to offer me an informative discussion and valuable guidance that wi...

Great Lawyer!
The fact that he accepted my complicated case made me know that he is for the people, and fights for the people and not the system.

One of the best!
I consulted with Jacob today about wages lost from a company that I had a short-term contract work as an RN. He was pleasant, and well-informed about the conference for settlement that I am having next week. He talked me through the process and had great tips on how to get what I need from this conf...

Your boss will love hearing from Jacob Sider.
This man called me back at like 9PM to give me a full blown consultation and get a timeline. I was driving my SUV around town with my screaming kids and he was so , so very patient. Mr. Sider took my case on a contingency fee because the case has merit, and he seems to be working at a lightning fast...

About two weeks later, I found out I was ...
This former client of mine is not telling the truth here. I can't go into too much detail, due to the confidential nature of our communications. Without going into specific communications, this client actually discharged ME, not the other way around. When you discharge an attorney, the attorney does owe you some ongoing duties, but, for the good of both the client and the attorney, it is important to have clear communication that the representation has closed. At the time of the "curt email", this person was no longer my client - as a result of their own decision. An attorney who reminds you that they no longer represent you is not leaving you "in the lurch." I am sorry that this person lost their rental home. I can see how the stress of such difficult circumstances might cause a person to lash out at the nearest and easiest target. I hope they landed on their feet.
"I highly endorse this lawyer! He has a very direct communication style and is trustworthy and very knowledgable."
"Jacob Sider is a strategic employment law attorney. Our firm has worked extensively with Mr. Sider on a variety of matters involving California Labor Code violations. Jacob will consider not only legal tactics, but business realities in providing labor and employment advice and litigation options. Mr. Sider has become a fellow soldier in the battle for employees' rights."
