I was concerned about hiring a lawyer, however I was referred to Mr. Sider. He is direct, to the point, took the time to learn the issue and explained everything in terms I could understand. In my experiences, lawyers spend a lot of time in the beginning, then you receive one word, vastly delayed res...ponses once hired. Jacob always responded to me, kept me updated on where we were at every point in time, and constantly coached me on expectations. He's a great negotiator, organized and trustworthy. Though I don't think I'll be in this situation again, I would hire him in a second if needed. I'll definitely refer him if anyone I know needs help fighting the good fight.

This was my first experience needing a lawyer and I have to say I'm pleased, not only with the outcome, but with the whole experience. Jacob was straight forward and honest the entire time.
