I contracted with this attorney for a severance negotiation. After saying he could complete my letter in an hour, he ghosted me for several days. When I asked for status of case he informed me in a very cutting and callous way that after review of the communications that I basically had no case, he ...wouldn't be able to get me much more money than offered and that nothing I could tell him would change his opinion of the documentation provided. So this is an attorney that contracts with a client and then refuses to listen to them for even one second. Then after this horrible one-sided conversation he much later sends a CYA email that was much softer and not quite in line with the verbal conversation he had with me. If his intention was to destroy all hope and get me to give up the matter so he didn't have to waste any more of his time on me, he succeeded. Dude, just review people's documents before agreeing to a case if it's an issue instead of getting people's hopes up and thinking they have an advocate that cares. It's sad that an employment lawyer representing employees would treat a client this way, considering all the trauma and financial and mental harm that has already been inflicted on the employee (hence why they are seeking a lawyer). Just another violation of trust and as usual, the little people get outsmarted by not just the big companies, but the lawyers every time. Bad experience.

He will guide you in the right direction and tell you step by step the measures that needs to be taken for you to ha...ve the strongest case.
