Thank You Attorney Ashtiani for Cleaning My Criminal Record!

I hired attorney Rastin Ashtiani Wallin & Klarich to clean my criminal record. I was convicted of a misdemeanor in Los Angeles County a few years ago, and wanted to expunge this conviction from my record. Attorney Ashtiani from Wallin & Klarich took care of all the paperwork and court appearances f...or me. I never had to appear in court, and the court granted my motion. Thank you Wallin & Klarich and thank you attorney Ashtiani for taking care of me.

Ticket dismissed

I was charged with a speeding violation in Los Angeles County. I contacted and retained the law firm of Wallin & Klarich to fight this ticket on my behalf. My attorney with Wallin & Klarich explained the court process to me, and discussed the potential outcomes and consequences of this violation. ...My attorney went through my case with me in detail, and appeared in court without me having to be there. Wallin & Klarich was successful in getting my citation dismissed. As a result, I did not have to pay a fine to the court, and my driving record was not negatively impacted.

Helped Me Receive Spousal Support from Spouse

After being served with divorce papers, I was at a lost as to what I needed to do next. My spouse tried to prevent me from receiving support, and I felt hopeless. I contacted Wallin & Klarich, and met with Attorney Rastin Ashtiani. From the beginning, Mr. Ashtiani was patient with me and took t...he time to explain the divorce process to me. Mr. Ashtiani filed all the necessary paperwork, and appeared with me in court. His professionalism and support gave me confidence. I realized I was no longer alone. Mr. Ashtiani Really Fights for His Clients

I tried for many months to resolve my family law issues in court on my own. At every turn my requests would be denied by the court. After much frustration with the court process, I hired Attorney Rastin Ashtiani to handle my case. He explained the law to me, and gave me a better understanding of ...the court process. Mr. Ashtiani was able to reach a positive settlement on my case without dragging the matter on over a long period of time. I am thankful to Wallin & Klarich, and Attorney Rastin Ashtiani for helping me get through this difficult time.

Attorney Ashtiani Helped Me Gain Full Custody of My Child

My child’s mother moved out of the state with our child without my permission, and would not allow me to have any meaningful contact with my son. I contacted Wallin & Klarich, and Attorney Rastin Ashtiani. He went over my case with me, and filed all appropriate forms with the court. Mr. Ashtia...ni appeared and advocated on my behalf in court. Despite my ex-spouse’s demand that I not be given significant custody time with my son, Mr. Ashtiani was able to convince the court to give me primary physical custody. As a result, my son is now living with me. Thank you for assisting in getting my son back in my life!
