I wanted to take a moment to write how much it has meant to me to have Attorney Thomas Fleming represent me in my DUI Case. Thomas had a backup plan to use a forensic toxicologist to give an opinion on the rising blood alcohol defense (despite my having a middle BAC) at trial with DMV and the court. But it seems the easier way to talk everyone into it. The court then ordered DMV to not suspend my license at the DMV hearing. This caused DMV to also find me Not Guilty. I didn’t even know the court could do that! Thomas’s work has been a true blessing. I am deeply grateful to God for guiding me to find Thomas in a time of great hardship, stress, and despair. All I can say is amen and thank you God. Last year I found myself in an unfortunate circumstance a drunk driver hit me on cinco de mayo weekend and kept going.
