About Thomas
Biography
Attorney Thomas Fleming graduated from Yale Law School and UC Berkeley; taught as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Law School; taught criminal trial skills, in DUI and criminal cases, to future prosecutors and defense attorneys; and taught UC Berkeley undergraduate law classes about the U.S. Constitution, the courts and politics for over 20 years.
Thomas also served the community, in DUI and criminal cases, for over two decades as a Trial Attorney with the Public Defender. He successfully took many, many cases to jury trials, and developed a very special expertise in defending against DUI and criminal charges.
Thomas earned a reputation for consistently winning very excellent results for his clients in DUI and Criminal cases.

Very Excellent Attorney -- Served Me Well
I was charged with domestic violence. Thomas negotiated putting the case off for 6 months. The agreement was that if I stayed out of trouble, and attended some local classes, the whole case would get dismissed without any guilty plea or conviction. I couldn't have asked for more from Tom.
