By the end of the day I knew he was more than just an attorney. I was facing charges that made me feel like I would faint thinking about the...m. The way Thomas and I agreed to go forward with my case put me at ease (for the 9 months I had to wait for my court date). Thomas never promised me anything that was not true. He handled absolutely everything, all communication from the court and DMV, and he always answered my inquires promptly. On the day of my court case I was facing over a year and a half in jail, fines, restrictions and probation... I wanted to faint in the court room. Thomas took me aside and told me exactly what I needed to hear to keep me positive. Even though I knew what could happen to me, I felt better knowing I had Thomas there as my representative. He got 2 of my charges dismissed and time served with no community service. A huge win! I still have to go through steps ordered by the court but its nothing compared to what could have been (Thomas explained everything). I was facing a DUI with a BAC of over .18 while also speeding at 100 MPH. I retained Mr. Flemings services due to his stellar reviews and reputation. What can I say about Thomas Fleming other than he is an amazing lawyer. I had a lapse in judgement and was arrested for domestic violence incident. In the beginning I was lost. I hardly get in trouble so getting arrested and what follows after is something I’m not familiar with. After intense negotiations Thomas convince the court and DA of no jail time and no work details. Thomas pulled of a miracle!!!! As Thomas says, all glory goes to God! Not only did I have the best lawyer I could ask for, I believe I made a friend and a mentor I look up too. So if you’re going through hard times, remember what you’re going through doesn’t define who you are, it’s what you do after. Forgive yourself, pick yourself back up, and help others who are in need.
