Carolyn Dee Cain

I hired Carolyn Cain after having a consultation with her and discussing my case. I was told that it was an open and shut case and should only require a couple hearings. Made me feel good about hiring her. Well here it is 3 years later and im still going to court over these unresolved issues. I h...ave had to file to have her removed as my attorney and decided it was time to find a new one that can get these issues closed up. I have paid out a lot of money for her time on this case with very little results.

I have to wonder if some of these negative reviews are people that were opposing parties of this attorney. I have used her help in many matters and have found her to effective, logical, friendly, easy to understand and caring. Not to mention she wins! She is one of those attorneys that tell you y...our options and don't offer you outlandish and expensive options that she cannot deliver on. She tells you like it is and then gives you results. She is worth every penny and I've never felt like she overcharged since she is one of the best around.

I just don't feel this woman really knew what she was doing in probate court. . Her profile says 100 percent family law, yet she gets appointed to represent in probate court over issues that have completely different rules than family court. Thus preventing me as a client from getting the proper r...epresentation I should have had. She wasn't familiar with a lot of the rules and codes that are to be followed in probate court. Didn't understand the true meaning of a referal by the court. She wasn't reasonable and wouldn't try to work anything out with the other party' unless it was her way and by her guidelines.

Carolyn Cain is not only extraordinarily smart, she is extremely compassionate. She excels at both written and verbal communication and has a tremendous amount of legal knowledge. Carolyn is not afraid to be honest about the pros and cons of a respective case, and she is also fosters a collaborative ...relationship with her clients. She replies quickly and efficiently to all requests for case status updates, whether it be in person or on phone, or via email or letters. If you retain her, she will keep you abreast of any upcoming deadlines, and assist you in completing any required forms. She is organized and she researches matters thoroughly. She takes her time explaining what is expected of me, and is always open to listen to my suggestions and endless questions. Carolyn has represented me on numerous Probate matters, and I am thrilled at her level of expertise. When she represents me I know that I will supported by someone who has many years of experience, and that whatever the outcome of the case, I will have done the best job that I can do because she was my attorney.
