I think I know who posted the 12/17/2017 review, and they didn't hire Carolyn Cain - I did. After years of having a do-nothing attorney for an incredibly complicated case and multiple attempts to wrest free of that one, Carolyn Cain took me on and within days Carolyn got me out of a serious fix and ...within months we were all caught up. I think the 12.17.17 reviewer actually wanted me to fail, and Carolyn definitely mucked up those plans!

I have to wonder if some of these negative reviews are people that were opposing parties of this attorney. I have used her help in many matters and have found her to effective, logical, friendly, easy to understand and caring. Not to mention she wins! She is one of those attorneys that tell you y...our options and don't offer you outlandish and expensive options that she cannot deliver on. She tells you like it is and then gives you results. She is worth every penny and I've never felt like she overcharged since she is one of the best around.

Carolyn Cain is not only extraordinarily smart, she is extremely compassionate. She excels at both written and verbal communication and has a tremendous amount of legal knowledge. Carolyn is not afraid to be honest about the pros and cons of a respective case, and she is also fosters a collaborative ...relationship with her clients. She replies quickly and efficiently to all requests for case status updates, whether it be in person or on phone, or via email or letters. If you retain her, she will keep you abreast of any upcoming deadlines, and assist you in completing any required forms. She is organized and she researches matters thoroughly. She takes her time explaining what is expected of me, and is always open to listen to my suggestions and endless questions. Carolyn has represented me on numerous Probate matters, and I am thrilled at her level of expertise. When she represents me I know that I will supported by someone who has many years of experience, and that whatever the outcome of the case, I will have done the best job that I can do because she was my attorney. I would not hesitate to refer Carolyn Cain to anyone who is seeking an excellent Probate of Family Law attorney.

We have had many probate matters with Attorney Cain and she has been great in every one! She really knows her stuff and anything she doesn't remember off the top of her head she is great at finding the actual code sections explaining it. She also answers all of my silly questions (some multiple times...!) and is not arrogant or condescending when explaining things I need to know! She works hard for Conservatees, she is great with probate accountings and she returns phone calls promptly!
