Who does that? Her assistant at the time, a guy, showed up at court in her place. I was NOT informed nor did I approve. He wasn’t up to par with my case and the opposing attorneys railroaded him. I felt like a fool and the judge didn’t appear too pleased either. It was humiliating and disrespectful. ...How do you avoid hiring an attorney like this? How was I supposed to know?

We have had many probate matters with Attorney Cain and she has been great in every one! She really knows her stuff and anything she doesn't remember off the top of her head she is great at finding the actual code sections explaining it. She also answers all of my silly questions (some multiple times...!) and is not arrogant or condescending when explaining things I need to know! She works hard for Conservatees, she is great with probate accountings and she returns phone calls promptly!
