I just don't feel this woman really knew what she was doing in probate court. . Her profile says 100 percent family law, yet she gets appointed to represent in probate court over issues that have completely different rules than family court. Thus preventing me as a client from getting the proper r...epresentation I should have had. She wasn't familiar with a lot of the rules and codes that are to be followed in probate court. Didn't understand the true meaning of a referal by the court. She wasn't reasonable and wouldn't try to work anything out with the other party' unless it was her way and by her guidelines.
