Who does that? Her assistant at the time, a guy, showed up at court in her place. I was NOT informed nor did I approve. He wasn’t up to par with my case and the opposing attorneys railroaded him. I felt like a fool and the judge didn’t appear too pleased either. It was humiliating and disrespectful. ...How do you avoid hiring an attorney like this? How was I supposed to know?

I think that there are much more experienced attorneys available for hire in her field. She did not follow up with me. She did not answer salient questions I had. In the end, she dropped the ball most every single time. Further, her answers to questions were very insufficient and caused me to have to... ask same questions over and over. I do not recommend.

I was not impressed with the work Carolyn did for me. She cost me a lot more money than I could afford. Didn't get much done in the way of settling matters. She actually stirred up more problems and the opposing side ended up taking me to the cleaners. She thought she could outsmart them and they... called her out and it just made things worse for me in the long run. I would not reccomend her unless you want someone with shady practices working for you

I hired Carolyn Cain after having a consultation with her and discussing my case. I was told that it was an open and shut case and should only require a couple hearings. Made me feel good about hiring her. Well here it is 3 years later and im still going to court over these unresolved issues. I h...ave had to file to have her removed as my attorney and decided it was time to find a new one that can get these issues closed up. I have paid out a lot of money for her time on this case with very little results.
