Ron Mullin is a Concord attorney and mediator with 35 years’ experience. He served on the Concord City Council and as Mayor.

He served on the board of directors of John Muir Health, a two hospital health care system in Contra Costa County, recognized as one of the best in California. He chaired the Quality and Patient Safety Committees.
He is an accomplished photographer and loves the outdoors. He and his wife Cathie, live in Concord, California and have two sons – one a firefighter-paramedic and the other, a deputy sheriff.
