About Lynn
Biography
Experience matters. I care about my clients. I have devoted over 40 years to the defense of people charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of drugs and criminal cases.
My clients are my priority. I take the time to thorougly investigate all aspects of their cases. I make myslf available to keep my clients in the loop about what is happening with their cases.
I have been trained in operation of the breath machines and have done hands on labratory training in the analysis of blood for alcohol and drugs. I've completed the same Field Sobriety Training course as the police officers. Knowldge and training in these areas greatly assist my clients in their defense.
I am the Past President and Specialist member of the California DUI Lawyers Association. I am a Regent, sustaining member and Faculty Member of the National College of DUI Defense.
I have conducted trainng sessions for the Alameda County Bar Association, the Public Defender's offices in Alameda and San Francisco. I have lectured at the Mastering Scientific Evidence Conference for the National College of DUI Defense on Blood Testing Errors and Medical Interactions with Alcohol Absorption and Elimination, Ethics and Diversity. I continue to teach continuing education for attorneys and learn from others in my field.
