Couldn’t have asked for a better Lawyer!

Having to look for a Lawyer is something I never thought I’d have to do. I was nervous, scared, depressed of not knowing what kind of mistake this had the capability to turning into. After talking to my cousin who had the same conviction (DUI), he recommended Lynn. I ended up giving her a call right ...away. Just in the first 5 minutes of talking to her I had already felt a sense of relief. She was completely honest from the start and the level of compassion that she showed me really went a long way. Her years of experience shows in both her knowledge and professionalism. She knows the court system inside and out and the outcome of my trial went beyond my expectations. I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews but I really hope my positive experience will encourage someone else to give Lynn a call!

NOT greedy, super-sharp, honest, helpful !

Lynn was the 4th attorney we interviewed for a DUI charge that involved some unfortunate mistakes, a night in jail, but, so-luckily for us, much lower than 0.8 BAC. Lynn almost immediately returned our call and listened intelligently to our in-depth particulars, and then surprise !! - she told us t...hat we were really well-positioned and didn't need to spend money on her professional services. She told us precisely what to do, with phone numbers, and said she was always there for us if some hitch arose and we needed her. The other 3 attorneys with whom we discussed our case AT LENGTH had been willing to take it on and, specifically, COMPLETELY willing to exact their thousands of dollars in fees -- all the while realizing that the case was almost sure to be dismissed ??? Things worked out for us as Lynn had said they would, case dismissed - what a breath of fresh-air, hope & confidence-in-humanity she provided in a horrible situation !! THANK YOU, LYNN GORELICK !!

Career saving effort!

3 years ago, I found myself at the bottom. Locked in a cell; away from my wife and kids, inexplicably absent from work, and staring at my life in ruins. I had made the horrific mistake of drinking and driving. To make matters worse, my foolish act impacted another person because they were injured in ...an accident. For the unaware, that means not only was it a DUI, it was a felony DUI that exposed me to nearly a decade in state prison. Despite all of the raw emotion and strain, I knew I had to have the best legal representation available. That was not up for negotiation. My network is vast, and has many lawyers in it. Even still the recommendation was to go with one that I didn’t know; Lynn Gorelick. Lynn had returned from vacation and was immediately thrust into my case, which was (in my eyes) a loser. She could’ve easily passed and went to something less stressful, but she accepted my case. From the moment we met, Lynn displayed that she was in FULL control. She understood my position, my options, and, more importantly, what I was feeling. She held no punches, but communicated facts in a very measured manner. When it was time for me to produce evidence or some documentation, she was firm and made me comprehend the role I played in making this go as best it could. The whole process took nearly 1000 days, seriously, and Lynn was as concerned and involved in my case on the last day as she was the first. In the end, Lynn and I had great success because she took the time and effort to understand who I was and represent that instead of my mistakes. In the end, I received what I thought was an absolutely unattainable outcome, given the circumstances. I spent years googling “Felony DUI case outcomes” and none of them concluded as successfully as mine.  I FULLY recommend Lynn Gorelick if you find yourself in a compromising situation. Plenty of people can stand up and represent you in court, but none with the purposeful intent that you will get from Lynn. Do yourself a real favor and call her if you’re in trouble.
