Shari Sukaram

Shari Sukaram is a founding attorney with Ahmed & Sukaram, Criminal Defense Attorneys, a prominent criminal defense law firm helping clients across Northern California.

Attorney Sukaram knew she wanted to be a litigator from a young age. She has realized that goal and has dedicated her career to protecting and standing up for the rights of others.

Attorney Sukaram obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego. In 2007, she earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While at law school, Ms. Sukaram interned for two District Attorney’s Offices: Alameda County and Santa Clara County.

She was also an intern with the San Diego Unified School District’s Office of the General Counsel.
Currently, Ms. Sukaram represents adult clients facing criminal charges, and she also helps juveniles with delinquency cases.

She sympathizes with the mental and emotional impact the criminal justice system can have on a person, and she makes it a point of emphasis to be a zealous advocate for every one of her clients.

Attorney Shari Sukaram believes that anyone can realize their goals in life if given the opportunity, which is one reason why she cares so deeply about everyone she represents.
