I was going through divorce and my previous attorney was hard to reach on phone or email with no response for days and weeks and l was left with lots of confusion and anxiety with unanswered questions. Favorable Outcome For A Lingering Injury As A Result of A Very Low-Impact Car Accident

When no other law office would accept my car accident & injury case or provide a referral due to a low repair estimate, the last one I called said they would not accept it, but suggested searching on AVVO. Upon doing so, I noticed Tristan Yohan Jagroop of The Jagroop Law Office, INC. and his high rating. As I read the reviews, I noticed a similar case, an injury from a very low-impact accident that resulted in a settlement. During our first conversation, Tristan assured me he would fight vigorously for me. My MRI and x-rays were negative and the photos of the damage my car sustained, did not reflect the symptoms I still endure in my lower back, hips and sciatic nerve after over 2 1/2 years, but at least I was able to receive the medical treatment I needed and still use, my body has begun to heal and I received a settlement.

You WANT Mr. Jagroop on your side!

Mindful of the evening traffic, I was stopped at a yield sign at a busy freeway onramp, watching for traffic to break so I could get home. WHAM! My car lurched forward, my belongings slid off the passenger seat onto the floor, and my head snapped back into the headrest. In that surreal moment, I realized I had just been rear-ended, and I was hoping that my car wouldn’t creep out into the oncoming traffic. While the damage to my car was minimal, the damage to my body was significant due to previous injuries. The next several months were a blur of pain and medical appointments. I quickly used up all of my auto insurance medical benefits, but my treatment dragged on. I spent countless hours contacting attorneys, and couldn’t find anyone willing to take my case. I kept hearing Mr. Jagroop’s radio ads and decided to call, expecting yet another rejection. But Mr. Jagroop IS different - he took on my case! Amazing Attorney

My husband was rear ended and we were battling with the insurance company for 2 years. We finally hired an attorney and Tristan took on the case and was AWESOME!!! He jumped right in and took over. Automobile Accident

I was involved in an auto accident injury and never reached out to any attorneys for help. The other party insurance's company agreed that it was 100% their fault. After my injury treatment was completed, they offered me a small reasonable settlement for pain and suffering. The amount was not enough to pay for my gas and the personal time that it took to visit the Chiropractor and Physical Therapy. After a few months of back and forth with the insurance company I gave up. I decided to search for an attorney and hired Mr. Jagroop to take over my cases so I didn't have to deal with it all. Mr. Jagroop was very detailed and helpful with my case. He took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company and medical. He was able to negotiate more of a compensation than if I would have done it on my own. I'm very satisfied and could not have been more pleased with my experience working with Mr. Jagroop.
