Dan McCrary

Mr. McCrary agreed to take my case on a Friday through his paralegal. He sent me a retainer and was working with Jeffrey Wax. I asked if he would drop me as a client and his paralegal said- “he is taking your case in the middle of litigation, I doubt he will dump you. It is going to be ok.” I conf...irmed again on Tuesday that Dan was taking my case and his paralegal said yes, he was taking my case. She said that he would be signing the attorney sub form. Six days later (from originally taking the case on Friday) and less than 48 hours before a scheduled deposition he dropped me as a client and voided my retainer agreement. Mr. McCrary spoke to my original attorney, his paralegal spoke to my original attorney and his paralegal spoke to my attorney with the understanding that he was taking the case and then they dropped it. This attorney and Jeffrey Wax will left me high and dry when I need the guidance of my attorneys the most. Clients should not be in a position to represent themselves less than 48 hours before a deposition.

Dan is bright, caring, honest, and diligent, and he always returns my emails, or calls within a few hours if not minutes. He even makes 'house-calls'!
