Katie has had primary responsibility for my case since September, 2012. She is part of a highly qualified team. When I started the divorce process I was on the defensive. When she came on board, she let me try to negotiate with my spouse, so that later I would know that I tried all peaceful means of settlement. After quite some time, when I had tried everything I could think of to get a settlement, I finally concluded that peaceful methods (i.e., not emphasizing attorneys) would not work. Within a short time thereafter Katie and her team developed a very effective strategy that rapidly put me on offense. This led to a near-term resolution that was fair to both sides.
She is very responsive; in all cases that I remember I received a reply within hours to one day. She did most of the work herself, but was willing to go to others on her team for help. In my view, the result was the best of both worlds in terms of quality, responsiveness, and cost. She is a good negotiator with the other side. She took the time to understand and empathize with my viewpoint. I can recommend Katie without any reservations.

As we all know divorce can be a difficult time for those of us who experience them. When I found myself going through one I was not sure where to turn for legal advice and expertise. After meeting with two different attorneys who fell short of my expectations I was referred to Kathrine, and after about 15 minutes of our first meeting I knew she was a great fit for me. She was upfront and honest with me, extremely professional, and I could tell very knowledgeable of the field. She gave me different options as to how things could be handled and explained the different routes that were available to me. Kathrine guided me through the whole process and made sure everything was done correctly and on time. She made the divorce as easy as possible while allowing me to feel comfortable that everything was being done the right way, the first time. I appreciated the service I got from her and would recommend her to any of my friends or family who find themselves in this same position in the future!

Life had put me through a tough test a few years ago. I desperately needed an attorney who wouldn't just educate me about the law and possible options to deal with the situation but also go a step further to guide me well. Amid things going wrong I was fortunate to have enthusiastic and meticulous Katie and another very experienced attorney on my side. Katie handled each part of the case very well.
Moreover, as a warm hearted person, she could empathize with me, and realized that prolonging the case would do no good as I was suffering through the process. She showed courage on my behalf and went extra mile, and we were able to have the other party come forward for formal clarifications. She handled all the proceedings of taking legal statements with great confidence.
