Biography
Vaughan de Kirby founded the Law Offices of Vaughan de Kirby, A.P.C. in 1983. President and Founder Vaughan de Kirby is admitted to practice law in the states of California, Texas, Maryland, the District of Columbia as well as being admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
Vaughan de Kirby has served as an adjunct professor of law at Empire College of Law in Santa Rosa, California teaching Agency and Partnership, and Corporate law. Vaughan de Kirby is the author of a number of books available on Amazon including EB-5 Due Diligence Workbook; The Investors Guide to a Green Card,” now in its fourth edition; and “The Student Parent Green Card Guide." Additionally, Mr. de Kirby has authored several Consumer Guides, including The Business Owners Guide to the United States Residency L-1 Visa.
