Natalia Malyshkina immigrated to the U.S.A. and became a naturalized U.S. citizen. She graduated from universities in Russia and Finland in 2005 with degrees in business administration and management.
After years of working in the California mechanical, electrical and civil engineering consulting industry, Natalia was accepted to San Francisco Law School where she received a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
Prior to opening her law office, Natalia volunteered at San Francisco Superior Court, worked in an immigration law firm, and owned a translation business focused on political asylum interviews in immigration court and documentation required for business immigration.
Natalia is committed to providing professional, compassionate, and honest service to her immigration and business clients.
Natalia is a California licensed attorney. Natalia is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association, California Bar Association, San Francisco Bar Association, American Bar Association, Queen’s Bench Bar Association.
Natalia is fluent in English and Russian, speaks basic French and Finnish.

I work with startups and established companies to bring talented employees on H-1B, L, E, O visas and I work on EB1, EB2, EB2 green cards. I am also passionate about human rights and work with many clients on asylum and violence-based cases, such as WAVA. My “happy cases” are green cards through marriage.
