Always on top of it!

Daniel is an amazing lawyer. I am so grateful to have worked with him as his client. In the midst of an apartment rental crisis, Daniel came to the rescue! He offered his high level of knowledge in tenant rights, worked quickly to help resolve my concerns and the legal issue, provided incredible c...ommunication, detailed work, and I was always able to count on him to be on top of everything, all of the time. I admire his style of getting the job. It was a pleasure working with him as his client. I would love to recommend him to anyone who's experiencing housing issues.

Excellent!

Daniel came highly recommended from a friend who had been wrongfully evicted from their apartment. I was having problems with a negligent landlord who just refused to make any kind of repairs to our unit…he would also try to change-up the terms of our lease and do all sorts of other shady stuff all t...he time. Daniel listened intently as we explained our situation and asked us lots of questions…he walked us through our options and even made us aware of certain rights we had no idea we had! After we came up with a course of action together, he went to work immediately, and ended up negotiating a VERY nice settlement for us, that allowed us to get away from our sketchy landlord! :-) Daniel is an excellent, and highly knowledgable tenant attorney and I would recommend him to anyone that’s having issues with their landlord. He was punctual, professional, and polite every step of the way. He’s a nice guy too, and I got the sense that he really cares about the people he helps. I hope he see’s this, even though I already told him how much his help has meant to me!! Thanks Daniel!!

Amazing attorney!

Daniel recently advised me on how to deal with my landlord who was not playing fair. Daniel was very knowledgable about the law and also gave me practical and pragmatic advice. Daniel is tough and, at the same time, very easy to work with. In the end, after implementing Daniel's advice, my landlor...d backed down! Daniel saved my lease! I highly recommend Daniel!

Timely Consultation

Daniel helped keep me informed pending a dispute I had with a landlord. My case was pretty unique, but he knew the law and both my and the landlord's rights, and advised well on the proper course of action.

Great experience with Daniel Wayne!

I was recently struggling with my landlord and the language of our lease. I had many questions and felt like my landlord was taking advantage of me as a tenant. I contacted Daniel and explained my situation. He responded with exactly the information I needed and was thorough and very easy to understa...nd. It turned out that my landlord was holding me to a lease that wasn't completely in compliance with the law. I was able to use Daniel's advice with my landlord and it saved me hundreds of dollars, a lot of stress, and I avoided having to go to small claims court! Daniel was eager to follow up with me and it felt wonderful to have such a genuine and intelligent lawyer on my side! I highly suggest Daniel Wayne to anyone looking for a great lawyer! Thank you Daniel!
