I co-founded Kosinski and Thiagaraj, LLP with the goal of providing top-notch representation to individuals who have been harmed by their employers. I understand that receiving unwarranted discipline and being subject to unlawful conduct in the workplace can be extremely stressful, which is why I have dedicated my entire practice to providing individuals with representation that they need to be made whole.  I am committed to working tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for all the individuals I represent. Our firm litigates, handles administrative proceedings, provides advice and counsel on an hourly basis, and negotiates severance agreements for individuals.
